Privacy policy

Your privacy matters. Here's what information I collect, why, and what I do with it, in plain language.

What I collect

When you apply for coaching, join the waitlist, place an order, or message me, I receive the information you choose to share, such as your name, phone number, email, goals, and details about your eating habits and order.

Applications and waitlist sign-ups are submitted through a Google Form. Orders and messages are sent by you through your own text messaging or WhatsApp app.

How I use it

• To respond to you and contact you about coaching or your order.
• To build and adjust your coaching plan if you become a client.
• To let you know when a coaching spot opens, if you joined the waitlist.

What I don't do

I don't sell your information, and I don't share it with anyone except where needed to run the services you asked for (for example, the form, messaging, or payment tools you use with me) or where required by law.

Photos and stories

I will never share your progress photos, measurements, or story publicly without your clear permission.

This website

This site doesn't use ads or tracking cookies. Your shop order in progress is saved only on your own device so it isn't lost if you leave the page.

Your choices

You can ask me to see, update, or delete the information you've shared at any time. Just text me at (845) 499-8763.
