What coaching with me looks like

Fuel your body. Transform your life.

We fix the fuel problem first. You'll learn to eat enough during the day, understand and track your macros, and stay in a sustainable deficit on the busy days, the social days, and the days that fall apart, so the cycle of under-eating and overeating at night finally stops. With personalized macro goals, weekly check-ins, daily messaging support, and progress tracked through photos, measurements, scale trends and how you actually feel, you'll lose body fat steadily, feel confident and free around food, enjoy vacations, dinners out and Yom Tov without guilt, and leave with the habits to keep your fat loss results for life without another diet.

FAQs

Questions, answered.

Still wondering about something? Reach out.

What exactly are macros?

Macros (short for macronutrients) are protein, carbohydrates, and fats, the three nutrients that make up the calories in your food. Each one has a job: protein keeps you full and supports muscle, carbs fuel your energy, and fats support your hormones and help your body use vitamins. Learning your macros means learning how much of each works for your body and your goals.

Do I have to give up my favorite foods?

No. Nothing is off-limits here. We'll fit the foods you love into your plan so you can enjoy them without feeling like you've “ruined” anything.

Do I need to meal prep?

Not unless you want to. Some clients like prepping ahead, others cook day by day or eat family dinners with everyone else. We'll find what fits your schedule. (And if you want a shortcut, my meals are in the shop.)

What if I eat out often?

That's real life, and we plan for it. You'll learn how to read a menu, choose what fits your goals, and make a good estimate when you can't weigh anything.

Is this suitable for someone who struggles to eat enough?

Yes. A lot of women are under-eating without realizing it, and learning to eat enough to fuel your body, your workouts, and your day is a big part of coaching. If you have a medical condition or a history of disordered eating, please loop in your doctor too. Coaching works alongside your healthcare team, not instead of it.

What if I tend to overeat at night?

You're not alone, and it's often connected to not eating enough earlier in the day. We'll look at your whole day, build balanced meals and snacks, and work on habits that make evenings feel calmer, without guilt.

How much time does tracking take?

A few extra minutes per meal at first while you learn. It gets quicker with practice, saved meals, and foods you eat often. The goal is a skill you own, not a chore forever.

What happens during weekly check-ins?

Each week we review your progress, measurements, habits, challenges, and wins, adjust your plan if needed, and set your goals for the week ahead.

Why is there a 16-week minimum?

Lasting change takes practice. Sixteen weeks gives you time to learn, try, have off days, adjust, and build habits that hold up through busy weeks, weekends, and holidays. It's time to build real skills. It is not a promise of a specific result.

What happens after the four months?

We'll talk about your next step together as you get close to the end of your 16 weeks. Want to know your options now? Text me.
